I’m not a techie, and honestly, I was worried that the course would be overloaded with complicated tools. The n8n module was definitely the hardest part, but Siarhey explained everything step by step, and eventually, it all clicked. Otherwise, everything was fantastic — lots of concrete case studies, real-world examples of how to apply AI in tasks like DPIA analysis and handling subject access requests.

Here are my ratings:
1. The training organization process — 5 out of 5. Special thanks to the learning support team.
2. The training itself — 5 out of 5. Immediately after the training, I became capable of solving corporate issues (obviously not at a legal level, but still).
3. The learning support process — 5 out of 5. There was always feedback.

The course is well-structured and well-presented. I’m very happy with Petruta Pirvan as a trainer. She has extensive knowledge of the subject and explains things clearly and concisely, even for beginners. I think I was generally very happy with the structure of the training and the approach to the EU AI Act, including the cross-references to national-level contexts. Some of the students also brought valuable insights from their own national jurisdictions. Both theory and practice had a good balance. I would not say at all it was superficial.

I took the course after already studying the Regulation for quite a long time. I can say that my knowledge definitely became more detailed and deeper. Moreover, the position presented in the course aligns with the positions of EU national data protection regulators, meaning one can assume that this particular “interpretation” of the Regulation is correct and will help avoid problems in the future. I had seen many courses on AI for other industries, but none specifically for data protection. When I found this course, it was a real eye-opener. Additionally, the course doesn’t just focus on the benefits of AI but also addresses its risks, providing valuable insights on how to use AI safely and effectively in our field.
