Ulyana Dergacheva

Ulyana holds a degree in International Law from the Faculty of International Relations at the Belarusian State University. She has over five years of experience in the privacy field, consulting for various organizations including education apps, software development, streaming platforms, taxi services, etc. Her area of expertise includes managing multi-jurisdictional projects as well as compliance work in more than 20 jurisdictions (EU, USA, Switzerland, UK, UAE, and others).

Ulyana specializes in the comprehensive implementation of data protection requirements. She is skilled in conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs), and Privacy by Design sessions. She also has experience in establishing and monitoring privacy processes within an organization.
