I would like to share my impressions of the AICP/E course, which I completed in April 2025. My goal was to gain an understanding of AI regulation in the EU and to learn how to effectively apply the new EU AI Act, considering the significant technological components of the legislation.

The course I took explains how to work with AI and helps clarify the terminology, which often ties into technical aspects that can be challenging for legal professionals to grasp. Therefore, a strong emphasis is placed on explaining technical details in simple terms, accompanied by examples.

A significant advantage of the course is the provision of clear algorithms for addressing issues, such as determining high-risk systems.

The course covers the definition of AI, classification of AI systems and models, and the associated requirements in considerable detail. This course serves as an excellent starting point for legal practitioners and privacy professionals who are looking to delve into the field of AI.

Like all other courses offered by the DPO company, this course is designed to create a solid foundation of knowledge while also providing practical tools for work (such as diagrams, algorithms, etc.).
