Nanda Min Htin has extensive experience advising Big Tech companies, AI labs, and government agencies across the US and Southeast Asia on privacy and AI legislation, enforcement cases, and corporate frameworks.

As a privacy consultant, Nanda helps businesses manage GDPR and other privacy governance programs based on international standards, conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments, and implement Data Protection by Design principles. He offers a comparative perspective on navigating cross-border policy and compliance concerns, particularly between the US and APAC.

Nanda is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe/US (CIPP/E/US) and Manager (CIPM). He also holds certifications in AI safety and governance from the Center for AI Safety, Vista Institute, and the Center for AI and Digital Policy. Nanda has published extensively about privacy and AI in the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology Digest, Just Security (New York University), The Diplomat, and his Substack (NandaTechLaw).

Nanda holds an LL.M. in Technology Law & Policy from Georgetown University and an LL.B. from Singapore Management University, where he received the IAPP Westin Scholar Award.
